All meetings are open to the public. There is a public question time (15 minutes before advertised start time) at each meeting when a member of the public may ask questions on any matter included in the agenda for that meeting. Questions must be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than 16:00 two days before the meeting, in accordance with the Council’s Standing Orders.

All mobile phones must be switched to silent. Members of the public wishing to record a meeting should notify the Chairman of their intention to do so before the meeting commences. No photographs or images to be taken unless prior consent has been given.

All meetings are streamed live via Microsoft Teams. Members of the public wishing to attend meetings virtually can find the link to the meeting under each meeting heading.
