About Hodge Lea Meeting Place

The venue has a large and versatile floor space which can accommodate one hundred people standing and up to sixty seated (theatre style). The refurbished flooring is suitable for all types of use including exercise classes, children's activities, coffee mornings, social activities and private parties. Eight tables (four semi circle and four rectangular) and 25 chairs are available to use on site. Please note that there is no specific parking for the venue, but there are two laybys nearby. The facilities available are as follows:

Charges

The venue is available to hire on a regular or ad hoc basis from one hour.

  • Private Hire £12ph
  • Non-profit and Charities £10ph
  • Business Use £15ph
  • Refundable deposit £50 per hire
  • Covid-19 cleaning charge £12.50

How to Book

Please scroll down to view the link to book. You will also need to complete a Covid-19 risk assessment form, you can use the template provided. Once the hire has finished you will need to complete and return the Inspection Checklist.

Terms and Conditions

You must abide by the terms and conditions of hire otherwise your deposit may be forfeited.

Covid-19

We require all hirers to complete a Covid-19 risk assessment form. Please note that if there are any new government guidelines then we reserve the right to cancel or amend the booking as we see fit.

Everyone is welcome at the free Community Lunch Club held at Hodge Lea Meeting Place on Thursdays from 11am-3pm. 

We are working with MK Play Association to deliver a craft club for children in our parish. This club is free but you will need to book on MK Play Association's website
